Dungeoneer

Dungeoneer is an expandable card game by Thomas Denmark. In the game, each player takes on the role of an adventurer in a dungeon complex, who has quests therein that s/he must complete. Players start at the entrance, and take turns moving their characters and playing out dungeon cards, which are arranged to form the dungeon. The further players move, the more points they accumulate, which they can spend either to help themselves (through acquiring items or magic spells and the like) or to hurt their opponents (by summoning monsters or traps into their rooms). The game plays a lot like a boardgame made of cards, each person has a game token and a points pool, and draws their hands of cards from a collective draw pile.
